Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 27, 2026
Bold Luxury Unlimited LLC (“BLU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a members-only luxury mobility platform serving the New York metropolitan area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
01 — Information We Collect
Account information. When you apply for membership or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password credentials. We may also collect a profile photo if you choose to provide one.
Identity verification. To confirm eligibility for vehicle access, we collect government-issued identification and driver’s license information. Verification materials are processed securely and retained only as long as operationally required.
Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. BLU does not store raw card numbers. We retain records of transaction amounts, dates, and status for billing and dispute resolution purposes.
Service and usage records. We collect reservation history, vehicle assignments, service request records, booking confirmations, and related operational data generated through your use of BLU.
Communications. When you contact BLU via SMS, phone, or our contact form, we retain records of those communications to provide support and maintain service continuity.
Device and usage data. Our platform automatically collects certain technical data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session timestamps. This data is used to operate and improve the platform.

03 — Information Sharing
BLU does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform — including Stripe (payment processing), Telnyx (SMS communications), Neon (database infrastructure), and Cloudflare (network security). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only as directed.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BLU, our members, or others.
Business transfers. If BLU is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations.
04 — Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide services, or as required by law. Verification materials are retained for the duration of membership and for a reasonable period thereafter to support dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below, subject to our obligations to retain certain records under applicable law.
05 — Security
BLU uses industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data security incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
06 — SMS Communications
BLU uses SMS for booking confirmations, concierge communications, and service updates. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from BLU. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS at any time. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional messages required to fulfill your bookings or membership. For full SMS terms, see our SMS Terms.
07 — Cookies and Tracking
BLU uses essential cookies required to operate the platform (authentication sessions, security tokens) and analytics cookies to understand platform performance. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect platform functionality.
08 — Location Data
BLU does not collect precise real-time geolocation from your device. We may use your provided address or general region to confirm service area eligibility (New York metropolitan area) and to coordinate vehicle pickup and drop-off logistics. We do not track or store continuous location data.
09 — Third-Party Links
The BLU platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through links on our platform.
10 — Member-Generated Content
If you submit content through the platform — including service requests, notes, or communications via the concierge interface — that content is associated with your account and visible to BLU operations staff for service delivery purposes. Do not include sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to complete your request.
11 — Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. Residents of New York and California may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the link below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
12 — California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (BLU does not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
To submit a CCPA request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we will require verification of that authorization.
13 — Children
BLU services are intended for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
14 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active members via email or SMS. Continued use of BLU after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
