BLU memberships, reservations, and services are subject to availability, verification, payment approval, and eligibility review. Membership does not guarantee vehicle or service availability at all times.

Members are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use of BLU vehicles and services, and compliance with booking policies, verification requirements, and applicable regulations.

Reservation confirmations, service scheduling, adjustments, and pricing are governed by the terms presented at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for damages, tolls, fines, late returns, policy violations, or special handling requests.

BLU may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, policy violations, or unpaid balances. Continued use of BLU confirms acceptance of the latest published terms.
