Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 27, 2026

This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through the Bold Luxury Unlimited LLC (“BLU”) platform, including self-drive vehicle reservations, chauffeur and transportation bookings, and personal car maintenance (PCM) appointments. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms below.

01Self-Drive Vehicle Reservations

BLU self-drive reservations are subject to the following cancellation window:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full cancellation, no charge.
  • 6–24 hours before pickup: Cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation total.
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup: Cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation total.
  • No-show: Full reservation amount charged. No refund.

Cancellation fees are charged to the payment method on file at the time of cancellation. Reservations must be cancelled through the BLU platform or by contacting your concierge.

02Chauffeur and Transportation Bookings

For scheduled chauffeur and private transportation services:

  • More than 4 hours before pickup: Full cancellation, no charge.
  • 1–4 hours before pickup: Cancellation fee equal to the base fare for the booked vehicle class.
  • Less than 1 hour before pickup: Full booking amount charged.
  • No-show: Full booking amount charged. No refund.

Airport pickups are subject to a 15-minute grace period from confirmed flight arrival time before a no-show fee applies. BLU monitors flight status; please notify your concierge of significant delays regardless.

03Personal Car Maintenance (PCM) Appointments

For PCM service appointments:

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full cancellation, no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: A scheduling fee of $75 may apply at BLU’s discretion to cover technician availability commitments.

If parts have been ordered in advance for your service appointment, you may be responsible for restocking or return fees as specified in your service quote.

04BLU-Initiated Cancellations

If BLU cancels your confirmed reservation due to fleet unavailability, mechanical issues, or operational circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for that booking. BLU will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer an alternative vehicle or rescheduling option where possible. BLU is not liable for consequential losses resulting from a cancelled reservation.

05Force Majeure

BLU may waive cancellation fees in the event of significant weather events, declared emergencies, or other circumstances beyond your reasonable control. Requests for force majeure waivers must be submitted to your concierge before the reservation start time with supporting documentation where applicable. BLU’s determination is final.

06Modifications and Rescheduling

Modifications to an existing reservation (change of date, time, or vehicle) are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking if the change is within the applicable cancellation window. Contact your concierge as early as possible to discuss modification options. Early-window modifications are typically accommodated without penalty.

07Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. BLU does not issue refunds in cash or to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction. Membership credits or account adjustments may be offered at BLU’s discretion in lieu of a monetary refund.

08Disputes

If you believe a cancellation fee was applied in error, contact BLU within 7 days of the charge at boldluxuryunlimited.com/contact. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting BLU may result in account suspension per our Terms of Service.

09Changes to This Policy

BLU may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Active members will be notified of material changes via email or SMS with reasonable advance notice. The current policy applies to all bookings made on or after the effective date shown above.
