SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Bold Luxury Unlimited LLC (“BLU”), you agree to the following SMS Terms and Conditions. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
01 — Program Description
BLU uses SMS to communicate with members and applicants. Messages may include booking confirmations, reservation updates, concierge replies, service status notifications, identity verification codes, membership updates, and account alerts. BLU’s active SMS number is +1 (650) 459-7997.
02 — Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile number during account creation, booking, or any BLU interaction and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from BLU. Consent is not a condition of membership or service access. You may withdraw consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
03 — Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, verification codes, payment receipts) are sent as triggered by your account activity. Concierge and service messages are sent as needed to fulfill your requests. You may receive multiple messages per day during active bookings or service periods.
04 — Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages sent by BLU. BLU is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
05 — How to Opt Out
To opt out of non-essential SMS communications from BLU, reply STOP to any BLU text message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further non-essential messages will be sent.
Opting out of non-essential SMS does not affect transactional messages required to fulfill active bookings, complete identity verification, or deliver critical account alerts. These messages will continue until your account is closed or the relevant transaction is complete.
06 — How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any BLU text message to receive assistance information, or contact BLU directly at boldluxuryunlimited.com/contact.
07 — Supported Carriers
BLU SMS is delivered via Telnyx and is compatible with all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Delivery to all carriers cannot be guaranteed. BLU is not liable for undelivered messages due to carrier outages or filtering.
08 — Privacy of SMS Data
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for the purpose of delivering BLU service messages. We do not sell, share, or use your mobile number for third-party marketing. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
09 — Changes to These Terms
BLU may update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of BLU services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
