Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device across page loads and sessions. Similar technologies include browser local storage, session tokens, and HTTP headers used for authentication.

Session and authentication cookies. Required to maintain your logged-in state, enforce access controls, and protect against session hijacking. These cookies are set when you log in and expire when your session ends or you log out. They are strictly necessary — the platform cannot function without them.

Security tokens. Short-lived tokens used to protect form submissions (CSRF protection), verify webhook authenticity, and enforce rate limiting. These are not stored beyond a single request or session.

Preference cookies. If you set display preferences within the platform (such as saved filters or view settings), these may be stored as a cookie or in browser storage to persist your choices across visits. No personal information is stored in preference cookies.

Analytics. We use minimal analytics to understand aggregate platform performance — page load times, error rates, and feature usage. Analytics data is not linked to your identity and is not shared with advertising networks.

BLU does not use:

• Advertising or retargeting cookies
• Cross-site tracking pixels
• Social media tracking integrations
• Third-party behavioral profiling tools

Certain third-party services integrated into BLU may set their own cookies or use browser storage. This includes Stripe (payment processing) for fraud prevention and payment session management. These third-party cookies are governed by the respective provider’s privacy policies and are limited to what is necessary to provide their service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using member features of the BLU platform.
